1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods and services ("products") by Soletech Limited ("Soletech", "we", "us") to you, the purchaser, including your use of the website at www.soletech.co.nz ("the website"). These terms are effective from 1st July 2024 and replace all earlier Soletech terms of trade.
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time by posting revised terms on our website.
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. Purchases from our online shop are for personal use only, and resale of products acquired from our website is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing by Soletech.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf.
2. Availability and SupplyAll orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will update our website accordingly.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
An invoice will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal
All payments are securely processed via Windcave Ltd, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Their terms can be found at Windcave Legal.
We do not store or process credit card details directly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Actual delivery times vary based on the destination.
Shipping Days: Monday to Friday.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Area: We ship within New Zealand and internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
International Shipping Considerations:
Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
We do not accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Returns & Refunds PolicyWe stand behind our products and offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to Soletech's approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same product.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
If you acquire goods for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
We strive to provide accurate information but assume no responsibility for errors on our website.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for claims, except where we have acted in bad faith.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the faulty product or service provided.
7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
